Community Awareness of Drugs will be undertaking our Tailored Training in the Fusion CPL Ballyfermot
[tabgroup] [tab title=”What is Tailored Training??“]
The aim of our Tailored Training is provide agencies, services and community groups with drug related information and skills that are tailor made to suit the needs of staff and volunteers.
Tailored Training is suitable for staff and volunteers with varying degrees of knowledge and attitudes around drug and alcohol use. An initiative such as this provides participants with a forum to enhance their knowledge, explore their attitudes and develop relevant skills of benefit in day to day service provision.
Recently CAD were asked to provide training to the Community Employment Supervisors associated with Fusion CPL, Ballyfermot. Two half day programmes were devised on the subject of Drug Awareness and Motivating Change.
If you are interested in tailored training for your organisation or just want to know more about what’s involved contact the CAD office.
